Hiring
Measures how accessible a company is to a diverse range of workers, including the proportion hired without college degrees and entry-level opportunities for those with less than three years of experience.
Pay
Assesses wage levels and the growth in wages offered by the company.
Mobility
Tracks the rate and impact of promotions, pay increases linked to advancement, and the success of former employees in securing higher-paying roles elsewhere.
Culture
Includes two sub-metrics: employee retention over three years and the percentage of top earners who have been promoted from within.
